of “Skilled Technologies”. The company was incorporated in the
year 1987 by a group of 3 experienced engineers with a vision to impart the
best technology in the most skillful way to help develop the community without
changing the surrounding ecosystem.
SkillTech, an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company and registered under the Companies
Act 1956, has forayed itself into two different kinds of business, one being
Property Development and other being Power Projects.
SkillTech specializes in the Development of Housing colonies on total turnkey
basis providing all basic amenities like Asphalted Roads, Water Supply, Underground
Drainage System, Electricity Facility &Street Lights. Value added services
like Security Wall, Club House, Jogging Track, Children's Play Area, Swimming
Pool etc., are developed at the specific request of customer. Skilltech also
undertakes development of Commercial Buildings, Industrial Structures, Institutional
Buildings & Apartments on turnkey basis.
In the Power Sector Skilltech focuses on Transmission, Sub-Transmission &
Distribution Systems and Sub-Stations.

team at SkillTech, comprising of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers
and Technicians are highly professional, experienced and qualified to handle
projects of any Nature and Volume without compromising on Quality, Customer
Satisfaction and the highest standards of business practice.
Our team also includes qualified and highly efficient Managerial and Administrative
staff. To complete the projects within the stipulated time, localities are
hired on a project basis to handle unskilled and semi-skilled jobs.
